THE ASSOCIATION OF JOHN F.KENNEDY The assassination of John F. Kennedy was unjustified. My reasons for that is because John F. Kennedy was a hero and a great leader. Even though John F. Kennedy was respected by a lot he was a treat to the mafia. When people usually think of John F. Kennedy, they think of him as a hero. He was awarded with different types of medals. On the medals that he won was the Navy's highest honor for his courage as a gunboat pilot during World War II. This medal is the Purple Heart. The Purple Heart is the medal that is given to members of the armed forces of the U.S. who are wounded by the enemy It is specifically a combat decoration. Yes even John F. Kennedy has a good, bad and ugly. It's hard to believe that one of our great and well respected presidents was involved with the Mafia. The mafia is a group of criminals that organize an assassination. The mob felt the danger being Kennedy was because of his brother Bobby Kennedy was investigating them. The mafia felt cheated on and used on by Kennedy because they helped him win his election. This really started with his dad, Joe Kennedy, he was selling whiskey during the prohibition and that's where he got his connection from the mafia. The mafia felt cheated on because JFK betrayed them with his brother. John F. Kennedy’s assassination occurred because the mafia felt cheated by him and because of that they planned to kill him, because of his betrayment. In conclusion John F. Kennedy was a hero to many people for many reason. He was also a great leader because of the things he did for our country. Throughout his life he showed a lot of people the hero he was and his leadership. When it to thinking of JFK other can really think of him as someone who made change. Even Though he was somehow involved with the mafia and betrayed the them just to win his election. That really doesn't consider him a bad person, because he made change in our country and help
