Short with brown eyes and white hair. When I was told the manager’s name is Kenny the picture that I got of him in my mind wasn’t the same as in person. His complexion is white. He was wearing a white T-shirt with black pants, you can see all the dirt on the shirt from the work he was doing. He seems very uptight; his attitude was a bit grumpy as if he was having a bad day. He was rather busy because he was going back and forth, everyone calling him for assistance. Kenny is the manager for Wendys St.Thomas for 30 years. His job entails setting goals for the business,decide what work needs to be done to meet the company’s goals, divides work into manageable activities and selecting persons to accomplish the tasks that need to be done. When asked if he loves his job he said “Yes”, he enjoys what he’s doing, it sure is a wonderful job. The business opens from 8am to 1am, but there is a shift schedule in place. Her job entails looking over employee’s, supervision, make sure the daily running of the job is up to standard and have the stock is up to date. Linda has been working at Wendy’s for 22 years. She said,” Yes, 22years, I love my job and am looking to stay here as long as possible.” Some of the benefits the employee’s receives are free meals and tips from customers. When there is a rude customer the customer service representative is asked to call a supervisor or the manager to deal with the customer. The supervisors and managers have more experience when it comes to these persons so they are the better ones to deal with the situation. There aren’t any motivational strategies but the workers are emcouraged do the best in whatever they’re doing. The employee’s smile, speed needs a bit of improvement other than that everything else Is fine.
