An interesting person should have lots of intrigues in his brain, and he should have a curious characteristic. So the adjective "interesting" seems to be the best word to describe me, there is no other better word. All of my old friends know I am a person who has lots of intrigues and happiness. In every important party, I am always invited to be the joker. For these reasons, I believe that I am the most interesting person I know.
Interesting things were not strange to me when I was young. I still remember when I in primary school, I always thought about the difference between boys and girls. The most interesting matter was that why boys and girls went to different restrooms, and what was the difference of the 'equipment' inside restrooms. This question was always running around in my brain. Once I asked my father about it, but it might because my father grew up in a traditional Chinese family in which no one could talk about sex, his answer was " you will know when you get older!" which made me frustrated. Because I was extremely interested in this matter, so once I decided to switch the male-restroom card and the female-restroom card to see what would happen. The consequence was that no one knew how to use the 'equipment' in the switched restrooms. Finally, my class teacher who blamed me for tricking classmates told me about the differences between boys and girls.
Till I entered high school, I still did not change my naughty characteristic. I have a very interesting experience to share with you: One time my brother drove me to school by his new Honda sports car, he drove faster by my request as I was going to be late. He stepped on the gas deeply and the sports car activated its V-tech function, in not more than 5 seconds, the sports car reached sixty miles per hour on the road supposed to drive thirty-five miles per hour at most. Unfortunately, we was unknowingly caught in an automated speed trap hid somewhere on the road, and it measured our speed using radar and photographed our car. Two days later, I received a ticket for forty dollars and a photo of my brother's car. Instead of payment, I sent the police department a photograph of forty dollars. Several days later, my brother told me that he received a strange letter from the police department that contained a ticket for a hundred dollars and a photo of handcuffs.
When I was little during the summers that I spent with other kids playing out in the Catskill Mountains at a summer place some Latvian friends of my parents owned I learned a lot of interesting things. It was information that kids pass to kids and of course if you asked the grown-ups they would say don’t listen to such nonsense. Well two very interesting words I learned were watchamacallit and thingamabob.

The Iliad uncovers the truth behind what Greeks believed to be the role of women in society. The Greek goddesses and the mortal women represent two sides that women had in society. The Greek goddesses held power over the war, whereas, the mortal women are there as prizes or timé. Aphrodite is the prime example of a goddess who held a lot of power, mainly by using manipulation, in the Trojan War. Helen represents the quintessential idea of a woman representing timé. These two portrayals of women in Greek society depict how people recognized women’s role in society, with Aphrodite representing a woman with power as a manipulative goddess and Helen representing a woman who was merely timé, a prize to be obtained.
There is nothing more thrilling to me than being a girl who drives a truck. The sense of power you get almost makes up for the harassment.
Football was always something special to me and always will be, I started playing football when I was five years old for Little Devils Football. It all began after wrestling practice one day where we got to dress up in football pads and hit each other for fun. That day I fell in love with the sport and realized how fun it would be to play it throughout my life and how I would enjoy it. I Started playing the next season I could, I met some new friends and became best friends with my dear friend Mikey Schrand. Me and Mikey rode to practice together, games together and even hanged out together. I started the season playing middle linebacker and fullback. I loved playing and loved the positions i played. Times were with our coach being a former arena football player. I went to practice every day at seven p.m. and stayed till nine p.m. and man that coach made us run like no other coach, we ran more than a track team. I remember some practices were we would have to go to the notorious hill where it was basically straight up and down and we would do bear crawls up and down the hill for two ...
Freshman year of football almost drove me to quit football. The coaches drove us harder and made us work our tails off. That year taught me to work even harder than before. My sophomore year was even more taxing than the year before, trying to show the coaches that I belong and that I will try to beat the upperclassmen in anything that I could. Junior year I didn’t get to play varsity and that drove me to work even harder to get a starting spot for my senior year. By the time I got to my junior year, I finally got out of my comfort zone and I wouldn’t just take a hit, I would deliver one. And when senior year rolled around I finally got a starting spot on the varsity offense. I finished my senior season with one catch for thirty eight yards. High school football taught me to trust people; coaches, teammates, and friends. Without them none of it would have happened.
There are many different personality types. I can use various words to describe my personality. Some examples I use to describe my disposition are sensitive and shy. I think that these are just two words I use to describe my personality, but they are not the only ways I can describe my personality. I am a very complex human being. I have gotten to know myself better, and I know there are words better suited for a description of my disposition.
I am an intuitive-feeling personality. I am charismatic, participative and very people oriented. I tend to focus on the big picture and not the small specifics. I am not power hungry and try to be helpful and giving to those around me.
The role of women in society is often debated. In many ancient cultures, women were not granted the same rights that men had. When it comes to Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome, women had very similar roles yet vastly different influences on society. The myths of these cultures helps us to see exactly what those differences are. This paper will examine the role and perceptions of women in Greek society and Roman society as exemplified by the mythology that guided these societies.
Besides the physical differences, men and women have always been viewed differently according to society. In both the early preconceptions of women in early Greek myth, in particular, Pandora’s Box; and in the idea that women are not only demons, but more often the victims; reveals how women are perceived negatively as evil and dimwitted in both situations.
Do you have that certain something that has affected your life for better? Football is that thing for me. I have played it as long as I could walk. I still remember the time when I was very little and my dad would take me to the front yard and we would play catch and talk about football for hours. I have enjoyed football in three big parts of life: Pee Wee, Junior High, and High school.
Personality wise, most people would say I’m annoying, loud, and rude. Strangers would describe me as quiet and shy.
People usually describe me as funny because when I really get to know somebody, I can really be funny near them and crack some good jokes because I know them and know their sense of humor. Also, when people may be feeling down or maybe even not in the mood for anything, I can get them to laugh and make them feel better or be in the mood to do something. This is all how funny plays a role in my identity.
With as much information that we have on ancient greek culture, you would think that we would know as much about women of greece as we do the men, but that is not actually the case. Unlike men, women did not have a life outside of their homes. Even in the home, women were confined
I have been playing football ever since I was in the seventh grade and had fallen love with the game dearly. The captivating thing about football is that it can teach you many things that can apply to everyday life such as perseverance, teamwork and the most vital of
