Privacy can be defined as an individual condition characterized by exclusion from publicity. Right to Privacy is the absence of unauthorised interference with a person’s seclusion of himself or his property from the public. Being the essence of dignity , it reflects autonomy over the intimacies of personal identity. The protection of privacy is considered a fundamental human right, indispensable to the protection of liberty and democratic institutions. Privacy could be regarded as a natural right , which provides foundation for the legal right.Thus , this right is protected under various laws and it is constitutionally protected in most …show more content…

3. Sublimation is the means by which a technique for privacy invasion becomes increasingly difficult to detect. Hidden cameras, listening devices and similar data gathering techniques are particularly problematic as there are only a little chance of the data undetectable. In this context a suitable example would be the “tracking cookies” set default by some websites. This would even allow the third party websites through advertising, marketing or even to track the user . This case can be illustrated by a real life situation .Imagine A going for a purchase, at the entrance of the mall he was made to undergo various security checks and thereafter being policed by a security guard with a note observing all your activities until A moves out of the mall . Though tracking cookies are not so obvious , this is the actual way of how they function once they get inside your computer
