I want to be a veterinarian. This is a person who is qualified to treat diseased or injured animals. A vet is a doctor for animals. They help heal or fix them so they don’t feel pain anymore. Sometimes they will even have to put them down so because they won’t get better. A veterinarian is someone who helps any animal no matter what shape or size because it’s what a vet does. Most vets are people who love and have an understanding of animals and want to help them get better. Even though it’s a doctor for animals it’s still part of the health care group. It says in infohio that to be a vet you will need to get your doctoral or your professional degree. The average pay for a vet is about $88.770 a year or $42.68 per hour. It can be a very hard job to be a vet because unlike humans, animals can’t control themselves that well when there in pain and tend to move around and panic. Because of this, animals tend to cause themselves more pain when a vet is trying to help them. So it’s hard to be a veterinarian.

I’ve always been very close to animals cause i never got along with people so i looked toward animals for comfort. Also i get major anxiety around people and animals help me calm down my anxiety. So i figured that since i love animals so much and im only comfortable around them, that means i should work with them and help them in return since they help me. Also when i was younger i had to watch the dog i grew up with slowly suffer in pain because she was sick. I knew at that moment that i wanted to make sure no one had to see there animal go through the pain i saw in my
