Humorous Wedding Speech

I would like to thank my parents,
For all those years of love and care,
For the smiles, hugs, and kisses,
And the moments of happiness we share.

Making sure there are never any tears in my eyes,
Fixing up my life like little tailors,
Celebrating my accomplishments,
And picking me up after my failures.

Guiding me through life,
Teaching me right and wrong,
Helping me smile through bad times,
Making me strong.

Of course there are times where we fight,
But they are always the first to apologize;
They are always there for me, no matter what,
And it takes a while to realize.

But when you do, you figure how little you have done for them,
They truly are worth more than a gold chain;
I wish I could give them the entire universe,
But really, all
