ESCAPE At Disney World the amusement park is at its closing. With the moon glistening in the sky the line is at its end for It’s a Small World. Bren is 16 and has long black hair, hazel eyes, and a black mini skirt with a white mickey mouse shirt. Tulula her best friend is wearing a red shirt with white shorts and and has brown hair and green eyes. They are excited to aboard the ride they’ve rode on dozens of times before. “I’m so excited,” Tulula tells Bren. “Yes, I have been waiting for this all day long!” Bren says with enthusiasm. They both have been at Disney World since it opened early that morning. This is the first year they're by themselves since they both got their driver’s license three months ago. “Attention, this is the last ride …show more content…
Startled, everyone jumps out of the boat and into the water. The water was cold and dense; about five feet deep. The dolls slowly saunter over to them and drop into the water one after the other. Everyone as it seems swims for the exit. The dark-haired boy got out first and helped them both out of the water. Once Bren was out they looked around and noticed that the other people on the boat were gone and just vanished. Also were the other workers and people in the park.“What do we do now?” Talula asks Bren in a hushed voice as she twists her wet brown hair. Bren whispers back, ”Stop, you always twist your hair when you're nervous. Everything’s going to be okay, we just need a plan.” “I’m David,” the gruff-voiced brown haired boy in soggy blue jeans and a skin tight soaking wet white shirt says. They barely have enough time to say their names before the mechanical dolls are getting closer to them. The three of them all run out of the ride as fast as they can. Bren takes the lead, her black hair whipping the air as she runs out to one of the map holders nearby and takes one out. “Look,” Bren says while out of breath. “The exit is this way through the castle bridge and then straight through to the place where we board the …show more content…
They run back through the castle as Talula and David examine the map and notice a secret exit on the other side of the park that magically appears and starts to show directions. “We should move right past the merrie-go-round and cut through some of the rides.” David says. They run past the almost human dolls and turn right past the merrie-go-round. All three of them run through the streets and sidewalks. All of the rides seemed to be turned on and running. The creatures behind are gaining on them as David gets an idea as he sees the go carts that are parked off to the sides. “Get in one” he says panicked. Bren gets in a blue one, David a red and Tulula a white one. Following the map that David has they drive through different attraction’s until they go up a hill into Space Mountain. Getting out, they see that the dolls have become real humans and are driving behind them. “This way,” says Talula, as she takes hold of the map. Running, all three of them make it to the front of the operated machine as the next ride starts. Snapping their seatbelts the ride takes off just as all the doll people come forming in the lines to follow them. Their view is of a space enhanced rollercoaster which runs really fast. Then the coaster magically bursts through the building and drives it to the ferris wheel. They get out and Bren and Talula looked at the map and saw that an arrow
Wiping the sweat from my brow I called a halt to the crew. Phil and I dumped our packs and found a comfy boulder to rest on. I looked back to where the last guys were coming from back down the trail. They had stopped talking a while back and marched slowly along the dirt trail. Phil produced an energy-bar he’d saved from breakfast and began to munch on it as I drained another water bottle. After the refreshing drink I laid back against the rock and stared up at the pine trees. But a moment later, hearing grumble about sore legs, I sat up, grinning, “By the map we only have another couple hours.”
It had finally gotten dark enough that all of the dazzling park lights had turned on. I heard screams of people in the distance as we walked across the park toward ‘Roar’, the wooden roller
It covers the trip from Central America to various parts in the U.S. by a fright tained nicknamed “La Bestia” (the beast). The sad truth quickly unravels by the treacherous ride “La Bestia” brings. It includes hunger, little preparations for the journey, and the many dangerous situations a child should never have to face alone. The train ride goes through erie areas were bandits luck, drugs are imposed, and the willpower for survival is put to the test by the most vulnerable. Kevin resorted to begging for food, and teaming up with others to keep safe. For an instance in the documentary the crew loses site of Kevin, and his companions. A sense that they were killed along the way hits the viewers, as it often happens to many defenseless

While entering Islands of Adventure I heard this very loud roar and didn’t know where it was coming from, so I kept walking forward to try and find out and on my left I see this big green roller coaster roaring as it did flips and turns so I followed in amazement and I said aloud, “I wonder what is the name of this ride”? Someone answered me and said “this is the incredible hulk; how don’t you know about this ride”. As I walk through the park I noticed that there are different sections of the park such as superhero land, the lost continent, and wizardly world of harry potter. My favorite one had to have been the lost continent because of this new ride called “The Reign of Kong”. The Reign of Kong was based off of the movie King Kong, but while in the ride it made you feel like you are really in the jungle trying to escape from the dinosaurs and Kong comes and kills them then blood splashes over everyone. After walking around the park all day we got ready to go back to our room it began to pour down rain while walking back to our
The silence was broken by a high pitch scream that probably carried for miles. The water shattered as the kayak flipped over sending ethan, the other geese and all the other things he had into the water. The water wasn't deep but was murky and cold, so he didn’t try to swim away but to almost run along the bottom of the pond. As he half ran half swam away I broke into laughter. Once I regained control and he was far enough away I took one more shoot at the goose and finished it.
“Sophia grab your things and let’s go.” “Max where are we going?” Sophia questioned. “I don’t know. I guess we’re just gonna keep walking until we get far enough away from this town.
So have you ever been to Disney World? Most of you probably have been there. I didn’t go to Disney World until November of last year with my family. I wasn’t sure what it would be like, but it was incredible. It was a lot of fun, and it was a great experience because I was with my family.

The Main Street station, is the curtains to a large production as if the Magic Kingdom was a theater. As I wander beneath the archway, I notice that above the arch is a plaque that reads: “Here you leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy”. As I continue to stroll through the passage on the way to Main Street, there are posters of “upcoming attractions” that line the walls on both sides. I then step into Main Street U.S.A. and begin to hear the Victorian style orchestra playing over the speakers. I notice some Disney pals in Town Square greeting guests as if they were old friends. Then I begin to travel further down the street, and the smell of the caramel apples, chocolate chip cookies, and other sweets walk out of the open doors of the bakery and into the street. At the end of this turn of the century town, sits the one hundred eightyninefoottall, Cinderella Castle. This moment is a pivotal moment in any Disney vacation, because the castle is well known to millions. I get
