“Computer themselves and software yet to be developed will revolutionize the way we learn we learn”(Jobs). Steve Jobs, co-founder, of Apple, lived up to his words and revolutionize modern technology. He is consider one of the greatest heroes and inventors the world has ever seen. Jobs was a man that wanted to change the world and make a difference, His intelligence, braveness, and perseverance empowered him to become the successful businessman he was. As a child, Jobs’s father taught him everything he needed to know about mechanics which he later used to revolutionize the computer industry. There were many setbacks for Jobs, but this had never discourage him. Instead, he started a new beginning. There was a marketing and production issue that caused Jobs to leave the company in 1985. He then began a new hardware and software enterprise called NeXT Inc. Later, he invested $50 million in Pixar Studio Animation Studies, which produces numerous award-winning movies. He became the largest shareholder as a result. In 1997, he returned to Apple and became the CEO of Apple again. Jobs faced many obstacles, but he was brave enough to push forward no matter the problem. “Perseverance is the key to being successful”(Jobs). Steve Jobs was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, but he waited later to do the surgery because he didn’t it to affect the company. He later successfully removed the tumor in 2004. After battling pancreatic cancer for nearly a decade, Jobs passed away on October 5, 2011. “Sometimes life can be hard and frustrating, but don’t give up”(Jobs). Steve Jobs, one if the greatest inventor spent 56 years revolutionizing technology. If you look around you, you’ll see his creation whether it’s an iPhone or an iPad.
