As I’ve learned, that’s the path to happiness.”-unknown. The problem, is that people are afraid to stand up for what they believe in. This is what kills people on the inside. Other people have torn others down so it prevents people from doing what they want or feel. People should be able to do this without feeling or being threatened. Even though some people are, others ignore it. Those people who ignore it get little harm done to them. This is where I will go in, to prove what I believe and know. An example would be when the several times my friends and I have gotten into arguments. They would think one thing but I would think the other. This has caused us to stop being friends but over time we start to understand and realize who or what was right. Because of this though, we learn from it and move on. Something else you should know are things that happened decades ago and are still celebrated today. People like Martin Luther King JR (MLK), Rosa Parks, Harriet Tubman, and several more, have changed lives even today. MLK had a dream, told, and got shot. He had a dream that blacks and whites could get along and be equal and overtime, it came true. Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat. This started a boycott which helped a lot of people. Harriet Tubman risked her life nineteen times by going back into slavery to save over 300 lives. These are causes of good
