Franklin D. Roosevelt, the commander and chief. Roosevelt was one of the greatest impressive presidents, of the United States, during a bloody war. Mr. Roosevelt was a pleasant president that had 3 outstanding qualities as our leader. Those qualities include: smart, brave, and cooperative.

For starters, Franklin was a smart man, he also always wanted to know information. Mr. Roosevelt spent 12 years in presidency. He also graduated from Harvard and Gorton. Then he went to law school at Columbia University. Then worked several years as a clerk in Wall Street Law Firm. Franklin was a smart 32nd president who enjoyed knowing information.
