At approximately 1724 hours on February 1, 2016, I, Cpl. Lessane, along with Deputy Eubanks, responded to 701 Boles Road, in the Cummings area of Hampton County, to meet with Florena Johnson, regarding an incident that occurred on a School bus with her daughter. During the disturbance on the School bus, a juvenile was threatened and felt fearful for her safety by three other subjects. Juvenile was told by the subjects, they were on the way to her residence; threatening to cause bodily injuries. The juvenile mother notified Law Enforcement and filed a Police report. It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Marsha Bradley, who was my colleague when I worked at State Farm Insurance Company from 1997 to 2004. I arrived on scene at 17:10 hours. A juvenile was standing under the carport beside a white Dodge Durango. The reporting party, Kaella D. Barners (F/B, DOB: 05/04/1977), exited the front door when she seen deputies arrive. I approached the juvenile, Katera Edwina Barners (F/B, DOB: 08/29/2000). Katera was calm and cooperative. Katera had been upset at her mother. I observed an end table on the hood of the vehicle. I asked Katera if she put it there. Katera said she threw it there in attempt to damage the vehicle.
On 05/25/2017, at approximately 10:29 am Shawnprece Ivey-Grier (8364873) got off the school bus and decided to damage some of the cars in the staff parking lot. Mr. Crutchfield (Teacher) stated that he looked back to monitor the students movement and notice Shawnprece Ivey-Grier running off the walkway into the staff parking lot and jumped on the hood of one of the vehicle that was parked. The vehicle belonged to Ms. Pamela Brandon (Transition Coordinator). After going to the location of Ms. Brandon’s car it was discovered that Shawnprece Ivey-Grier had actually jumped on two vehicles instead of one. SRO Oates arrested Shawnprece Ivey-Grier for “Damage to Property.” The guardian was called and informed that their child was arrested for
On October 31, 2016 the complainant walked into the Fifth District police station and reported that on October 28, 2016, Tavante Robinson hereinafter referred to as the respondent had sent threatening texts to another teacher at the school. One of the text messages read “Don’t think it’s over u wanna be in this to say nm idgaf I got you Ms. tabias Ms. Hayward all yall mfs don’t think its sweet I left my mother ima be waiting for her to step foot out that mfn building ima get yall one by one.” The message was then followed by the defendant sending pictures of several guns and in one of the pictures he was holding a gun with an extended magazine. The respondent then sent another text messages stating “Tell Ms. Ashford to look into finding some new teachers staff period.” The complainant is afraid for her safety and believes that the respondent can carry out the threat. The respondent has mental issues and believes he has access to weapons. The complainant was provided these text messages a day later after the incident occurred.
On January 10, 2017, at approximately 0153 hours, the defendant, Victor Manuel Cruz-Anaya, while at 1030 Ribaut Road Lot 6, Beaufort, South Carolina 29902, which is located within the jurisdiction of the City of Beaufort, did cause bodily injury upon the body of Sofia Chavez. The defendant commit this offense by placing his hands around the victim neck, choking her and by grabbing her wrist tightly restraining her from moving at her free will, during an argument. This action caused Chavez to fear for her safety. This altercation took place in the presence of a minor, 3 years of age. Affiant and others are witness to prove the same.
The state of Florida has passed a new law pertaining to the Juvenile Justice System which gives the officer that makes first contact with the youth offender. The officer may, if the youth has no prior criminal acts and the offense is a non-violent or non-drug related offense, just file a civil citation. This happens to be a new program designed to address a youth’s behavior at their first encounter with the Juvenile Justice system providing an alternative to being arrested. Vital to the Department of Juvenile Justice’s effort, civil citations will help reform the juvenile justice system by handing first-time misdemeanor offenders the chance to participate in intervention programs at the earliest stage of delinquency. Civil citations saves millions of dollars by curving first-time misdemeanor offenders, that would have otherwise been spent if the youth had been arrested and forced to go through formal delinquency procedures. The civil citation process put into place by the state of Florida starts with the arrest forms being held and then a diversion process begins. Once the assessment completed to determine the youth’s needs a referral to the appropriate Community Diversion Service is given. The diversion service may consist of a Teen Court, First Offender Program, or any other Diversion Programs the community may have set up. If successful the teen will have no juvenile record and be released from the program. With unsuccessful youths, there arrest form will be completed and a record of the offense will go on the books then they will be sent to delinquency intake to spend some time in a facility for juvenile offenders.
A man by the name of Challer D. Wadsley was charged with attempted murder, intimidation with a dangerous weapon, domestic abuse, false imprisonment and public intoxication due to the events that took place Monday morning on October second. In which Wadsley and his girlfriend, Courtney Opheim, engaged in an argument while in Opheim’s car that escalated to Wadsley holding a .20-gauge shotgun to her head and firing threats while she was in the process of driving. Which Opheim successfully managed to pull over and have Wadsley execute her car, yet lead to Wadsley firing rounds at her vehicle as she attempted to drive away. SOURCE OF ACTIVITY: At approximately 2130 on April 19th, 2014, I was dispatched by the Levelland Police Department Dispatcher to the Alamo Trailer Park space #35. The dispatcher advised she was receiving multiple 911 calls from residents living in the area indicating a large fight in progress and shots fired. I activated my overhead lights and audible siren and advised dispatch I would be en-route. While en-route dispatch advised she was now receiving 911 calls regarding suspects in a white SUV trying to run people over.

On 04/22/18, at approximately 1:17pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian with Franklin County Animal Care and Control (FCACC) was dispatched to 988 N. Cassady on a dog on dog or cat attack (dog owner address). I arrived on scene at approximately 1:54pm. I met with The Columbus Division of Police (CPD) and dog owner Christine Wheeler. Ms. Wheeler stated her granddaughter and two other kids were walking her pug (black) on leash in the area 2818 E. 11th Ave, when a pit bull (brown) came charging out of that location and proceeded to attack her pug. The kids ran away from the scene without the pug. Dog owner of the pit bull ran out and took control of his dog and put him inside the house. I asked to see Ms. Wheeler pug, she complied with that

Rosa Lee Cunningham is a 52-year old African American female. She is 5-foot-1-inch, 145 pounds. Rosa Lee is married however, is living separately from her husband. She has eight adult children, Bobby, Richard, Ronnie, Donna (Patty), Alvin, Eric, Donald (Ducky) and one child who name she did not disclose. She bore her eldest child at age fourteen and six different men fathered her children. At Rosa Lee’s recent hospital admission to Howard University Hospital emergency room blood test revealed she is still using heroin. Though Rosa Lee recently enrolled in a drug-treatment program it does not appear that she has any intention on ending her drug usage. When asked why she no longer uses heroin she stated she doesn’t always have the resources to support her addiction. Rosa Lee is unemployed and receiving very little in government assistance. I alerted Franklin County Animal Care and Control (FCACC) Dispatcher B. Grotsky, that I was at that location on dog at large, will point out call. He explained that The Columbus Division of Police (CPD) contacted them in regards to a bite at that location. I asked FCACC Dispatcher B. Grotsky if we had victim information. He stated that he doesn’t but would contact the Columbus Division of Fire (CFD) to see if they are able to provide any information. After contacting CFD, FCACC Dispatcher B. Grotsky stated that he was provided with a contact number for victim. He contacted the phone number given and received no answer; a voice message was left to contact FCACC in regards to the incident. Per Supervisor Deputy Warden J. Kroeger I was instructed to issue a 10 day quarantine to the dog
