Demonstrating a proven track record of achievement in leading and mentoring teams at the Department of Family and Community Services (FACS) whilst ensuring optimal service delivery, I am actively pursuing a challenging position as a Manager Client Services at FACS with the desire to take my career to the next level and expand my experience. Duties include the following:
- Provide high level support to CSCs and predominantly with the Management Team and Manager Client Services.
- Design, implement and coordinate complex projects that deliver effective business unit outcomes and meet client service delivery needs by using project management methodologies to ensure consistent quality outcomes.
- Prepare project-related documents for key stakeholders including status updates, reports, budgets and discussion papers.
- Provide proactive and evidence-based advice and reports to the business unit leader, Director and/or the Executive Director to ensure matters that impact business unit current business and future decision making are considered.

Tasks included the following:
- Led and managed all operational aspects of the CSC including human resources, finance, administration, monitoring and reporting on the CSC’s performance to ensure delivery of quality services within budget.
- Led cross-functional and specialised teams of professional and administrative staff to ensure the CSC operated effectively and delivered quality child protection services to the community’s children, young people and families,
- Supervised Casework Managers on case management practice and supported other staff within the CSC to ensure they were equipped with capabilities needed to complete the work and improve the quality of service.
- Prepared a range of documentation such as Ministerial Briefings, Parliamentary Questions, Briefing Notes, Management Reports and Questions on Notice in relation to care and protection issues to ensure accurate and timely information was provided to the Director Community
