Objective

The main objective of this assignment is to explain the meaning of leadership in an organization. There are several models and approaches which are typically used in our daily life and in this assignment such theory is discussed. Further, the training goals should be described which must be used to grow as a successful leader in any organization.
The other part reflects a genuine commitment to the ethical leadership. Also, some recommendations are mentioned in next part which depicts the improvement in ethical leadership behavior in the organization. Ethical leadership is properly demonstrated in this part.

There are the number of times that you might have seen many leaders who are helpful in growing an organization. Leadership which changes the entire world starts from small things and might start up with some personal frustrations about the consequence that make the people ready to notice the change and also inspire other people to follow them too.

Bass' Theory of Leadership
According to this theory of leadership, there are total three fundamental ways to state how an individual can become a leader in an organization (Stogdill, 1989; Bass, 1990). The three ways are able to state the development of leadership when you are working with a small group of people. The theories involve:
• Many personality attributes might lead the people by nature into a leadership role. This theory is commonly known as Trait Theory. In trait theory, six individual traits which powerfully associate with the leadership are the intelligence of an individual, improvement, extraversion, conscientiousness, spacing to any new experience as well as self-efficacy.
• A situation or any important event might cause any person to rise up to any occasion, which carries out exceptional leadership standard in an average person. This trait is very well known as Great Events Theory.
• Becoming leader is not a cup of tea. One must learn the leadership skills. This is known as Transformational Leadership Theory. Transformational leaders mainly concentrate on large picture and use communication skills to incite the people to efficaciously and expeditiously execute their imagination.
