The movie starts out with Princess Leia getting caught aboard the Death Star. She is captured by Darth Vader and interrogated for information about the location of the Rebel Base. In the meantime R2-D2 and C-3PO escape without being captured while withholding vital information that must be brought to Obi-Wan Kenobi. They travel on a ship landing in the desert land of Tatooine and soon end up in the hands of Luke Skywalker. Luke sees the message from Princess Leia that R2-D2 withheld and is then determined to help her. Soon after R2-D2 runs away from Luke. Consequently, along with C-3P0 Luke searches for the droid. After the sudden death of Luke’s uncle, Luke and Obi Wan decide to travel to Mos Eisley to find a ship so that they can fly to Alderaan. In the meantime, Darth Vader questions Princess Leia on the location of the Rebel Base and threatens to destroy her planet if she does not cooperate. She tells them a location, however they destroy Alderaan regardless of what she said. Back on the planet of Tatooine, Luke and Obi-Wan Kenobi head into a bar and negotiate with Han Solo. They make a deal that is actually a scam and head off in the Millennium Falcon escaping from Darth Vader’s Imperial Forces. While in space they get chased by an Imperial ship but escape safefully. While in space they realize Alderaan has been destroyed and are soon pulled in by the Death Star. Darth Vader has the ship thoroughly inspected for any passengers while Luke, Obi-Wan, C-3PO, and R2-D2 hide in a smuggling compartment on the floor of the ship. Stealthily they get off the ship and escape into the main floor of the Death Star. Han Solo and Luke steal the uniforms of Imperial troopers and go in search of Princess

In an attempt to save herself and her mission plans, she sends two robots, R2D2 and C-3PO, to deliver a message to the illusive Ben Kenobi.
The “Star Wars” franchise is familiar to most, and may be the easiest in which to discover the hero’s journey. In “Star Wars,” we find young Luke Skywalker, a rebellious youth, living on a farm on the isolated planet of Tatooine, taken in by his aunt and uncle following the death of his mother and father. Luke grows up with dreams of flying through the stars, only dreams until his chance meeting with Ben Kenobi. The Franks were known as a very liberal family who were also classified as a middle class family since their ancestors lived in Germany. In 1933 the Franks decided to move towards Amsterdam since Germany was being overruled by the Nazis. While the family had adjusted to Amsterdam, Otto Frank was really focused on his business since he was new into the city. Anne and Margot were also getting adjusted to the school system and when they were well adjusted they started to have friends who were Jewish and non Jewish. The film revolves around a man named Lucas Jackson, portrayed by the legendary actor Paul Newman, who is sentenced to two years in a small suburban jail. He is convicted for destroying public property, and being intoxicated while doing so. Before his conviction, Luke was in the Army and attained the rank of Sergeant. However, he was demoted when his service was up, and is seemingly running into trouble no matter where he goes. At the jail, the warden asks him about his carelessness and impulsive actions, to which Luke replies “…it’s something to pass the time”.
Cool Hand Luke was based on the experiences of Lucas Jackson, a war hero who returned to the United States. Lucas is sentenced to prison after he is caught drunkenly cutting the heads off of parking meters for no apparent reason. For this offense, Lucas is given a sentence of two years at a notorious Florida prison camp run by a hard-core warden. Initially, Lucas is not well liked by either the guards or inmates due to the fact that he sees himself as an independent and ignores the pecking order in the prison. The reputation of Lucas begins to change when he shows resilience in a boxing match with Dragline, the alpha male inmate. His reputation is cemented when he bluffs at poker with a losing hand, earning him the name “Cool Hand Luke”. From this point forward Luke is revered by the other inmates and looked at as a leader and role model.
Throughout World War II, there were thousands of victims. Many persecuted were killed or tortured, but some lived to tell their story. Despite only living until she was 15, Anne Frank tried her best to survive in difficult conditions. Her story demonstrates the strength of the human nature when pushed to its limit.
Often, in action films, females play a secondary role. The main female characters are often present just as "token chicks" so that women do not feel underrepresented, or they are present as a romantic interest. It is rare to see a female lead take charge and exercise her intelligence instead of utilizing her gender as the main tool to avoid or get out of tricky situations. In Star Wars: Episode IV- A New Hope, directed by George Lucas (1977), Princess Leia can be seen as a female symbol of empowerment through her image, personality, and her actions. Princess Leia’s representation in the Star Wars universe establishes her as a figure of feminism because she is one of the few females in the entire movie. Not only that, but she is extremely capable and has genuine leadership qualities amongst other good qualities. She is also the only female lead, and there are no supporting female characters. The stormtroopers are all male and even the robots (droids) are portrayed as male.

Oprah Gail Winfrey was born on January 29, 1954 in Kosciusko, Mississippi. Her parents are Vernita Lee and Vernon Winfrey who were 18 and 20 at the time of Oprah’s birth. Her Grandmother who took care of her early in life was Hattie Mae Lee. Oprah's mother moved north to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to find work. She planned to move Oprah there once she had secured a job. What do you want to be when you grow up? When I was five years old my dream was to grow up and become one of the Disney princesses. As Princess Aurora said, “They say if you dream a thing more than once, it is sure to come true”. Unfortunately, I grew up and did not become a Disney princess, however, they still played a big role in my childhood as they do with most young girls. There are many controversies about the effects Disney princesses have on young girls, so should they be exposed to one of Disney’s most iconic images when they are so vulnerable?
Growing up Anne lived in a very wealthy and happy home. Her father was a very successful man. He owned his own business and provided more than enough for the Frank family.
