Where will you go after crazy shopping on Black Friday and want to take a break to get prepared for a new round. Starbucks will be a smart choice for you to enjoy free Wifi and comfortable sofa. After over 40 years growth, Starbucks expended from a tiny coffee house in Seattle becomes the largest coffee company in the world. However, all the idea comes from Howard Schultz’s which the founder of Starbucks short buying trip to Milan, Italy. The reason behind Howard Schultz’s success is his ambition, confidence and self-criticism. Firstly, Schultz’s accomplishment is caused by his aspiration of prosperity. On that buying trip he noticed coffee bars existed on practically every street. He learned that they not only served excellent espresso, they also served as meeting places or public squares. After that, he started dreaming about own an international coffee company, but his boss Jerry Baldwin the owner of the old Starbucks refused his request. Schultz was frustrated, but he didn’t just give up. His ambition of future about a coffee company made him leave Starbucks and started a new coffee house named I1 Giornale.
