Jamestown was the biggest failure in american history if you wondered why this is let me tell you. This is because of the environment near Jamestown and because of the relationship with the natives.Also because of the people brought to Jamestown.These will explain why Jamestown was the biggest failure and why so many people die.

One reason the environment had to do with deaths in Jamestown is the brackish water near Jamestown.This is because they didn’t have water to grow plants or water to drink.Another way it had to do with deaths in jamestown is the tides in the river near jamestown because the people in jamestown would dump their waste in the river thinking it went away but it stayed in one spot causing disease and killed people.The last way is the drought that happened when jamestown was established because there was no rain to help grow crops causing people to starve to death.
