The purpose of this essay is to examine the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Standards (referred to as “the Standards” in this assignment) to support learning and assessment in practice (NMC, 2008), discuss it’s application in practice, and to give a reflective account of an assessment and teaching session.
