That embarrassment always fresh even that day of the truth was years ago. I brought a cute birthday cake to my school and I was about hurry to use restroom so I left it on my best friend Kim’s desk and I ran as fast as I could to restroom. When I came back, Kim came to me and whispered in tear to my ear, “you are the only one remembering my birthday, you are the greatest friend I ever have” after some cheery words of appreciation, I explained that it was for my boyfriends birthday, I did not remember her birthday either. ”I saw the disappointment on Kim’s face; she was choked, and just Walked leaving me with the confusion. I have regretted for hurting her by the truth. After that, I realized that telling the truth is not always the good decision. What do we feel when we know that we have only couple months left to live. People could be strong and able to go easily or they get worse and want to end their life sooner? My grandmother had lived with cancer for two years. She has been diligent taking medicines every single day because we told her that she would get better soon if she took enough medicines. Even though telling the lie did not help her could run away her fate, she lived longer and especially her live had fixed with laughs because she did not fight with trauma of spirit from dying. When she took her last breath, we saw a chuckle on her pretty
