Title: Domestic Violence Supervisor Purpose: To supervise and coordinate the delivery of direct services to DV Clients. Also to provide and coordinate Sexual Assault Volunteer response teams throughout Atlantic County. Duties: 1) Responsible for providing individual and group supervision to program staff to ensure high quality direct service delivery to clients including ongoing case management, implementation, evaluation, follow-up and clinical supervision. 2) Responsible for participating in program planning and evaluation in conjunction with other supervisors, administrators and direct service staff. 3) Responsible for coordinating the day to day program operation in conjunction with other supervisors. 4) Responsible for providing orientation …show more content…

17) On-Call 24-7 Responsible to provide crisis response as needed. 18) Serve as liaison between DV volunteers, local police departments and TWC staff. 19) Responsible for creating a supportive, empowering atmosphere within which professional staff growth is validated and encouraged. 20) Responsible for proper record keeping related to Agency and case management. 21) Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Director of Social Justice Programming and/or Executive Director. Accountability: The DV Supervisor is responsible to the Director of Social Justice of Programming and the client population for the timely, professional and effective performance of all job duties. Qualifications: 1) Master’s Degree in Social Work or social services related field. 2) Experience and demonstrated ability in case management/clinical supervision. 3) Experience in working with the identified client population or experience with a similar population and setting that is transferable. 4) Demonstrated sensitivity to program, women’s and victim/perpetrator
