Finally, it’s all fun and games. The kids don’t mean to hurt each other and if they did, it doesn’t hurt that much. Plus I personally looked forward to playing dodgeball in middle school because it looked like such a fun game that tested you reflexes and agility. Even though there are other games similar to dodgeball none of them have the same feeling as the original game. On top of that, if they think dodgeball is inappropriate don’t ban a whole group of games such as tag and gymnastics, just ban dodgeball.
Dodgeball was born over 200 years ago in Africa, where they used rocks to throw at each other and worked together as a team. The game is still played today and uses the same aspect of teamwork, but foam balls are used instead of rocks. Many people think that dodgeball is still too violent and shouldn’t exist. Dodgeball should not be banned in schools because it has health benefits, offers a challenge, and lets students look forward to going to school.
Why are so many good books being banned? So many authors have taken their time to write these inspirational stories, and they have been banned. The authoritative figures over what books are banned or not are missing the big picture that the content that seems bad, is really what makes the story. For example, The Outsiders, written by S.E. Hinton, is a classic that teaches many good life lessons and should be read by all teens. S.E.Hinton proved the story to be true by incorporating scenes that have close life relations, universal themes, and language.
My first reason is schools should not get rid of sports because private and club sports are too expensive for most families. Yes, club sports-that is, private leagues outside of school-would be an option for some, but fees, equipment, and travel
Sports are a crucial part of an individual 's character. Counter arguments made against having sports at schools are getting more and more public. The arguments make people, think again about having students play sports. Sports are useful because they give players skills they can use on and off the field: strength, leadership, and confidence.
Since 1958, American Football has been growing, in both popularity and as a sport, to become a dominant force in the country. As a result, more and more families are allowing their kids to play the game in leagues across the country and are not concerned with concussions. Even though people who defend the game will say the science is not yet definitive, tackle football should be banned for kids under the age of fifteen because concussion injuries are on the rise among the youth and the coaches are not yet trained to handle this injury.
Many schools don’t support the need of sports in sixth grade which has some negative and positive factors to it. Sports affect many students in a positive way like me; it brings joy to our faces. Today, sixth graders have engaged in sports in non-school, but community sports because students aren’t allowed to get involved in school functioned sports. Fort Bend ISD has banned sixth graders to be involved in any such sport because how “young” they are. I consider FBISD should allow sixth graders having sports.Quite a few students enjoy being part of a team, learning, being physically active. While it is the view of those sports may distract students from academics allowing them to participate in school functions sports will benefit to get better grades, build character, and create anthecentive for exercise.
Some athletes make football their first priority rather than school; this gives them a disadvantage later in life. Every year, only a few players make it to the NFL (National Football League). The answer is clear; kids should not be allowed to play football.
I am in favor that college football should not be banned. This sport is such a big part of many males, and a few females’ lives. This sport has caused many injuries, but so has baseball, basketball, or even cheerleading. Football provides many scholarships for young men who otherwise would not be able to afford college Also football teams gives individuals a sense of confidence, and a place they feel that belong. There are football players that get their encouragement to get up everyday, because of their love for this sport. Also a team is like your family. When I was on the dance team at my high school, a team feels as if they are your family. These are just a few reasons I feel that college football should not be banned.
In stadiums, parks and fields all across America, many youth participate in a journey through defeat, heartbreak, hard work, and success. Practicing for hours, rain or shine, to be able to snag that game winning touchdown in the back of the endzone. Although football comes with many risks and dangers, I strongly believe that kids and teens should be allowed to play football because it promotes leadership, teamwork, and requires significant amounts of exercise and cardiovascular activity, and other contact sports are just as dangerous.
One reason for not banning dodgeball is kids get excited when they play. this activity is great for children. When children get excited in a physical activity they start to work out more and more and get more exercise. Working together is good because they can work as a team to succeed on taking down the other team. The reason why working together is good because you can have good relationships with those children and maybe later hang out with a person you probably never saw before and make more friends.
Many parents will argue about whether kids should be allowed to play sports at such a young age. In my opinion, I think kids shouldn’t be allowed to play sports at a young age. When they grow older, I think that kids should be allowed to play sports. When a young athlete gets injured, coaches may not be trained for an injury and the child can suffer more serious injuries just from that. Kids want to skip practice so they will often fake an injury, serious coaches will use shaming techniques and call athletes “ladies” or man up, and athletes might not have the best protective gear, making them more likely to have a concussion. With 7.8 million student athletes, some are bound to get injured. On average 2 million student athletes are injured each year. Although there are regulations in place, athletes compete to be the best that they are able and push the boundaries of the regulations, and they still end up injured. The NCAA looks over college athletics and controls the regulations that athletes are obliged to follow. Without regulations, sports would be “a-wall”, athletes would become even more injured, that might be why cheerleading is the most dangerous sport for females, and on average 26,786 cheerleaders are injured each year. The NCAA does not count cheerleading as a “sport” which means that they do not govern the cheerleading rules and regulations. If the NCAA

With technology (etc) distracting our children with violence and so on, we cannot afford to ruin what sports may do for them. With sports being just one of the few things left that can contribute to success in life, education, and health, parents need not to put any sort of unnecessary pressure on their kids at such a young age, or any age for that matter, ever.
Although some people believe that girls should not be allowed to play on boys sports teams it may be argued that girls should be allowed to play on boys sports teams. I think girls should be allowed to play on sports teams. For one boys and girls should be equal to each other when it comes to sports. Secondly Us girls are super TUFF! Lastly girls and boys should be open to each other at all times.
