I am far more confident now supervising different grade levels that I would have been before the class and the program. I spent 14 years teaching at a large high school, however, I feel like now I could go into an elementary school and be an effective administrator. I now have the skill set to be able to guide teachers in the process of solving their own problems, working together effectively, and facilitating positive change. Many times a teacher knows what needs to be done they just need to work through the process in a nondirective way (Glickman, Gordon, Ross-Gordon, 2018).
