Disrespect is the lack of respect or courtesy. Disrespectful behavior comes in many forms and can have serious consequences. Bullying, pointing, name-calling, lying about someone, laughing at someone speaking while someone else is speaking (especially while an adult is speaking) or speaking in a disrespectful manner to someone are all ways of being disrespectful. So is damaging other people's property. Disrespect hurts people's feelings, at the very least, and disrespectful conduct will also tarnish the reputations of perpetrators and cause others to lose faith in them. In fact, there are so many forms of disrespect, and so many real-world examples of it all around us, that this essay may be one of the easiest essays I have ever written, even though it is the longest. You can disrespect someone anywhere you are and no matter where you are, there will always be consequences. A few places that I am going to discuss how disrespect affects them and the consequences of being disrespectful there are in school and in the workplace. So I think that disrespect affects society negatively.
Disrespecting someone, especially an adult, can have many consequences.
Disrespecting someone that is a student in school could cause a fight. Y oucould upset the wrong person and they could get a group of their friends and gang up on you. This could have further consequences including jail time or being sent to the hospital. Disrespecting an adult, teacher, or administrator, could have severe consequences in school. A few consequences could be writing an essay (like this one), getting ISS, or getting OSS.

Also Isaac Newton refers to himself as a boy who is finding shells on the seashore because while people disrespect him, he continues to discover knew and brilliant things. In conclusion to this essay on how disrespect of others affect society, I believe that the disrespect of other negatively affects society in a way that diminishes and degrades people. Being disrespectful has many consequences and can hurt someone mentally or physically destroy someone's property. These are the reasons why I think that the disrespect of others negatively affects today's society.
