Under Direct Subsidies Scheme (DSS), can “No Child Left Behind” spirit be actualized, would it worsen the intergenerational poverty?

Introduction
Recently, there are more schools changed from subsidize school to direct subsidize school. Under this situation, some of the students would be difficult to enjoy the same entry opportunity. Under the socio-economic constraints, education functions as a way for the poor to move to upper social class would be weakened (Borman &Dowling, 2010).

A structured discussion on the scheme in primary school, various perspectives on the effects concerning the issue of inequality, particularly students from lower socio-economic class. Education prepares young people for the future job; the risks of poverty would be mitigated. Well educated people would understand the essentials of social justice and sustainability, and more willing to utilize their knowledge and skills beyond the job role.
