This means you will have different religions and a variety of cultures mixed in. In a combat situation there is no place for these indifference. Through leadership you must teach them that there is no difference between the religion or culture, all Marines are green despite color or creed. The transformation begins in an Recruit Depot either at Parris Island, SC or San Deigo, CA. Recruits are broke down and built back up as seen fit by the Marine Corps standards. The process continues long after Boot Camp is over. It is through rigorous training and exercises
