Criminal Justice is a system of law enforcement that involves many different fields used for criminal punishment. Criminal Justice is made up of Law Enforcement, Court Systems, and Corrections Systems to help stop and punish immoral behavior. According to Frank, individual rights are the rights guaranteed to all members of American society by the U.S. Public order is one who believes that under certain circumstances involving a criminal threat to public safety, the interests of society should take precedence over individual rights. (SCHMALLEGER 9) Individual rights tend to focus on the individuals and will sacrifice public rights, but public order focuses on public safety. Public order is more worried about public safety and making sure things are in order. Public order laws were created to prevent violet behavior that will cause harm on the public. History has taught us that there cannot be any public order if there is not assurance in the protection of individual rights. The future holds only what we are willing to fight for in our individual rights. With the recent revelation of seemingly endless sexual conduct allegations I think there is a new window of opportunity for our individual rights to grow, if we all stand up and right against these dark forces, our individual rights will be able to flourish in a new light because of barriers being removed. I say that meaning the future hold great opportunities for improving public order. Without strong individual rights the future will see the unraveling of public order. In the future, our individual rights will continue to grow causing there to be a greater change in public order.
