The beach is the place to go whenever someone feels down, wants to relax, or just to go to have fun. Usually it is always peaceful and quiet and when I go there I like to go and have a good time with my friends. When I was young I used to enjoy going to the beach just to play with the sand and build beautiful sand castles or even just to go for a dip in the water. But as I grew older I realized that I needed a place to go for most of my time during the summer after all the stress from school and mostly just to have a good time and relax. Many people consider the beach as the most occupied place of nature. There are many fascinating things that one can see when going to the beach because of what the beach contains, which is most of nature’s beauty. The beach in Iraq was simply special because of the special feature that it contains. It contains things like sand that looks like soft grains of rice and water is as blue as the sky; winds of air are so soft that the lightest breeze that hits my skin is like the soft skin of a baby. I am never ever more fascinated then the landscape of the beach as it is designed as if it had been man made. Having the sea in the middle of surrounding land shimmering like a diamond in the brilliant light of a ballroom and containing trees and rocks near the shore, I cannot see anything more attractive in nature. When observing the seashore at a distance I see the trees near the sea like arms reaching to the heavens and rocks solid, but with smooth polished surface, being hit with large waves that do bring the sound of thunder to my ears. With many people doing activities or lying down and relaxing on the silky sands always carrying a smile, what better place to be than to be with them enjoying your life. Lastly, what sets the tone to the beach is sun looking down like a burning ball in the sky flashing its powerful light all around. It never really had to be the sandy beaches at Little Egypt, it was just being together with my two best friends. That was all that mattered. Time stood still when we were together, ten minutes for us three was two hours for the rest of the world. Where did all the time go, I’m not really sure. I am sure that those days at the Little Egypt with Leslie, Becca, and my brothers were some of the best days of my life.

On low-lying shores, dunes form behind beaches. Dunes look like rolling hills of sand and are blown into place by the wind. New, smaller dunes are often changing shape as the wind continues to affect them. Waves and currents move the accumulated sediment constantly creating, eroding and changing the coastlines.

For me, the sunrise and sunset of Pensacola Beach in Florida was the ultimate cure for all of my problems and worries that were occurring in my life. Early in the morning waking up to the constant loud sound of my alarm put me in a soothing mood. The warm weather, beach waves, a warm breeze. A place with all those characteristics is Florida. Florida is a nice place to go and relax at the beach with friends and family. If i could visit one place in the world it would be Florida because of the beaches, tasty foods, and fun amusement park.
The beach offered a perfect spot to nestle in the warm sand and relax after swimming. In my childhood, I constructed sand castles. The water washed across the sand and formed little ripples on the beach. With my little hand, I grabbed the wet sand. The sand drizzled from my hands and formed the towers of drip castles. I would dig into the sand and carved out a small moat around the castle. After the night, the tide swept away the sand castles and the beach returned to its previous form. Also, I swung on the beach. While on the swing, I watch the sunset. The sunset formed a palette mix of pink, orange and brown. The blue waves of Lake Michigan stretched for miles beyond the sight of the naked eye. The Lake spread as far away as the ocean. I frequently wondered if anyone, except a superhuman could see the other side of Lake Michigan. A different activity on the beach was beach volleyball. When we see the word beach, we often think brownish sand and salty, dark blue ocean water. Which is incomparable to the beaches of the Bahamas! Those would be the picture perfect ones like you would see in a magazine! One place I have always wanted to visit is the Bahamas. At this astonishing place I can eat fresh seafood, explore the underwater world by snorkeling, and see the unique pink sand.
Walking on a land of gold, the sand being so soft and smooth, glistens as it reflects the suns rays with joy. Cool, light and refreshing, the breeze gently eases up against my skin and glides through my hair, sending a gentle shiver up my spine. The rustling of leaves, small array of birds and delicate splashes of the sea are amazingly soothing and relaxing. The whole beach itself looks like a painted picture with a spectrum of colours all merged with one another. I have a great love of beaches, so I feel a connection with the speaker as he or she stands on the cliffs of Dover, looking out at the sea and reflecting on life. Arnold successfully captures the mystical beauty of the ocean as it echoes human existence and the struggles of life. The moods of the speaker throughout the poem change dramatically, as do the moods of the sea. The irregular, undesirable rhyme is representative of these inharmonious moods and struggles.
