In today’s society race, culture, ethnicity, and morals are the things people live up to. My race, culture, or ethnicity don’t define my personal values. What defines me is my morals and values in society. The things valued in my life are family, education, and, church. My main moral is to respect my body and values through life. Furthermore , society has set me up for failure and growing educationally is difficult. In urban school districts schools don’t prepare African American students for standardized tests. For Example, Detroit Public Schools teachers don’t get paid correctly. This makes us have fewer teachers and can cause us to waste time on really preparing for the test.
