Happiness is something hard to grasp like water or air. It is not measurable or tradable but it is something everyone in the world seeks to achieve in one way or another. In this quote, “It’s not happily ever after its happily ever now”, happiness is not something to wait for but something to find within every moment. It can come to you but, you must allow yourself to accept it. It is easy to push away the decision to strive for happiness but when you realize what happiness actually is and where to find it, it is even easier to keep it around. Happiness is a feeling you achieve from an action that brings contentment.

Happiness can even come from a personal accomplishment. Whether it is being able to sleep in ten minutes longer in the morning or having your dream wedding, accomplishing a personal goal is a way to achieve the feeling of happiness. In the moment of achievement, you feel the many ways of the feeling of happiness. Depending on the achievement, you could feel bubbles or butterflies going up and down in your tummy. When I graduated high school, I remember the whole entire Sunday I had butterflies since I was about to accomplish graduating from high school. When finding happiness within the simplest of things such as a sunny and 75-degree day with a tiny breeze or watching the sunset change from orange to many shades of pink then to a dark navy blue, you feel a peace of mind and feel present. Those are just two feelings that describe the many ways happiness feels.
