A topic that interests me and is related to my area of study is Psychology. I have always been intrigued by the study of Psychology. I find it fascinating how Psychology can help us understand why we behave the ways we do and how our perceptions of certain things vary. I started going to a psychologist when I was twenty-three years old. She taught me many things and I asked her so many questions during every session. She educated me in so many ways and so many different areas of psychology.

I initially went to her because I had infidelity in my relationship with my partner. I kept going to her following that incident because I was absolutely fascinated by all the different methods she used. Her largest area of focus is healing our “inner-child” (Goldberg, Debbie. N 2016). The psychologists name is Debbie N. Goldberg. She believes that the inner child is what causes many of the problems that we face in society today. For example, if you were sexually abused as a child you are more likely to suffer from many different social anxieties. Margaret Paul. She has written several books and she has a very similar approach to psychology as Debbie N. Goldberg does. Margaret Paul teaches about “inner-bonding” and “inner-child” work using psychology and spirituality in her book (“Do I Have To Give Up Me To Be Loved By GOD?” Margaret Paul 1999.) Margaret Paul believes that we are in control of our own destiny and our own well-being. I would like to think of her theory as something that I can relate to.
