Hence, cultural perspectives help workers recognize themselves as learners and engage clients as experts of their own experiences. Thus, this can greatly build up the confidence of clients. Furthermore, Social workers shall be the agents who demonstrate the leadership as to work capably with multicultural groups in communities and also demonstrate responsibility for advancing cultural competence. For instance, challenging social structural, institutional abuse and ensure sustainable diversity.
