Joseph said he went back inside his residence for about two to three minutes, then walked back onto his front porch. Joseph said he saw two subjects, dressed in all black, walk from the direction of 7th ST SE and H ST SE to Jason and Jennifer's residence at 721 7th ST SE, and both subjects entered the residence. Joseph said he could not see who the subjects were, but he knew they entered Jason's residence. Joseph stated he did not believe the either of the subjects were Katie, because Katie is a "big" girl and hard to miss. Joseph said about one minute after the subjects entered Jason's residence, Katie exited the front door of the residence and stood on the front porch. Joseph stated he told Katie, "Why are you asking me what happened?" Joseph stated Katie said, "Well something is going on.". Joseph said he told her, "You know exactly what's going on", and went on to tell her that he had a video camera, and Katie said, "Well I'd like to see that". Joseph stated he told Katie he was not going to show her. Joseph explained he has a camera, and pointed to a surveillance camera above his front porch, but stated it doesn't actually work, and he was trying to make Katie believe he had video of the incident. Joseph said Katie also told her that she and Jennifer had just returned from the grocery store, and that they had driven Katie's vehicle. Joseph stated that was not true because Katie's vehicle was parked on 7th ST SE in front of Jennifer's residence all night, and never left. I asked Joseph if he ever told Katie or Jennifer about the damage to Jason's vehicle, and he stated he did not. I asked Jason if he told either Katie or Jennifer about the damaged windows, and he said he did not. Jason did tell me he sent Jennifer text messages, but never told Jennifer about the damage to his
