Cerul’s been in the bathroom for the past ten minutes and lava girl here has been squealing for the whole time. However, when he finally came out I wish he hadn’t. “Your entire apartment is a mess I mean you could have at least cleaned the bathroom.” He said nonchalantly, like it was no big deal, while he wiped his fingers on a lamp covered with dust. Smiling sickeningly sweet I sarcastically said, “I'm so sorry I totally should've known to clean my entire apartment just in case some random people decided to come knocking on my door at three in the morning.” Hands on my hips, I continue. “Sounds totally reasonable, doesn’t it.” After finishing my little remark Cerul gets cut off for the second time. “Sorry to interrupt your little argument or lack thereof, I just …show more content…

On the other hand Cerul just took a deep breath and closed his eyes slowly. Shifting his weight to face Emmy he tried to calm her down but to no avail. “I don't know why you always get like this, we get this question all the time.” He muttered to himself while facepalming. Irritated, probably since I caused Emmy to react as she did, he quickly spat out an answer. “We’re friends. Before you ask yes, just friends, we've known each other since I was six.” Seemingly recovered from the tiny episode she just had Emmy went into her own monologue about how their friendship began. “The year was 2006 we met at our daycare, Sunny side up, why it was named after a type of egg; I have no idea.” “Look, it’s cute how you can get into details about the history of your friendship, and I mean that sincerely, but can we finally cut to the chase of why you came to my door at three in the morning?” Asking slightly uncertain if I really wanted to know. “Also, you asked me to sit down you haven't told me anything even the tiniest bit shocking.” “It's not like we can just blurt it out.” Cerul snapped
