PER REPORTER: Kylee is the reporter's granddaughter. Kylee is texting the reporter now. She is asking her when she is coming to get her with the law. Kylee is scared to death. Kylee said the grandmother need to come get her now. There are drugs in the home. Justin is on drugs. He uses meth. Drugs are sold out of the home. Kylee found clear bags with white stuff in it. There is also weed in the home. Drugs are accessible to the children. Mom is aware of the drugs. The drugs are in the parent's bedroom. The children have been harmed or hurt. One day last week, Justin hung Kyson by his throat. He held him up by his throat and pinned him against the wall. Mom didn't say anything about it because Justin will beat on her.
