Comparing Judaism, Christianity and Islam.

Religion has been around for a very long time and there are many different religions that people practice all around the world. Three of the biggest most practiced religions today in the western world are Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. These religions are very old and when looking at the three might seem very similar. Every religion has its own paths and beliefs to reach their goals; however there are also many similarities in beliefs. Dating back from the 7th century BCE the Jewish people have believed in the prophet named Moses who gave the messages of Allah (god). Jews deeply believe in Halakhah, which is a strict set of rules and practices that mainly help people that believe in Judaism live a better life. From the teachings of Moses, we know that god was born from a normal birth and died a normal death. Like Christianity, Judaism beliefs come from the Hebrew Bible (Tanakh). Judaism and Christianity also both came from Ancient Palestine besides Judaism kept confined to the area. Judaism was founded by Abraham, and it is the base from which both of the other two religions came from. Christianity is the biggest religion of the three with a following of 2 billion people mostly in Europe, North and South America, and Africa. Like Judaism, the religion came from Ancient Palestine but under Roman Rule and from the Hebrew bible but with a complement from the New Testament as well. People who believe in Christianity follow the rule of canon, which is a set of laws and regulations to help achieve a greater life. However, how Judaism, Christianity and Islam view God in their respective ways is actually quite different. In Christianity, God is the all mighty creator and ruler of the universe. Christians believe God is infinite and is everything to the followers. God is shown in trinity with him being the father, the creator, and ruler of all life. Both Muslims and Christians love and respect Jesus, but the major difference between Islam and Christianity is that Christians believe in the divinity of Christ. Muslims think that by believing in the Trinity, Christians believe in three Gods, but really they only believe in one god as three different things that represent them. Judaism views the existence of God as a main provider of the universe, and that the reason universe is here is enough reason to believe in god. Islam and Judaism only believe in one God and God had no help creating the universe so you should never pray to anyone else but that single true
