No there shouldn’t be a law for texting and walking. Why would we have a law for texting and walking. Some people text people while walking because they have an emergency and they need to reply. People have family problems and they need to reply to keep up with everyone. What if someone had a heart attack and they are trying to find out what hospital the person is in. I don’t think we should make it a law because some people need to be able to walk to wherever and also be able to keep in contact with others. If they make it a law then how will people be able to make sure their family member is ok if they are headed to where they are but they are walking. I understand people are getting hurt from it but its not nearly as bad as texting and
