Recommended: A reflection of art appreciation

Throughout my life, I have developed a deep passion for art. Ever since I was young, drawing was always a positive experience and calming activity I loved to do. One probable reason I particularly enjoyed drawing stemmed from my other extreme interest in nature. From my constant adoration of nature, I ended up accumulating several books that included pictures of exotic animals and plants. Viewing the books daily, they quickly became inspirations to my artwork. As I reflect, drawing seemed to be my way of mixing both the “scientifically interested” and “imaginative” aspects of my personality.
Furthermore, drawing allowed me to easily express my feelings and passions to the world. As a fairly introverted child, I found socializing rather difficult.
