Throughout the years young children from birth to the age of 6 years old develop in many ways. There are ways for children to have difficulties developing themselves though. Some people feel television can affect children, while others differ. Psychologically, there are stages that a child goes through in learning physically and mentally. Child development is a child growth in the body, mind, and actions. Starting from the first year after birth, the infant begins to trust the adults around them and rely on them for food, warmth and also their comfort. After that stage is, children that are between one and three years old. This is where they begin to learn on doing things such as, going to the bathroom alone, dressing themselves and eating independently. Now between the ages of three and six years old, children begin learning to control themselves and act increasingly responsible socially.
