Coca-Cola is one of the world’s most enduring brands. In fact, the Coca-Cola brand is consistently one of the world’s top five brands, as the flagship beverage brand of the Coco-Cola Company (Best Global Brands Rankings 2017). The Coca-Cola company, is the world’s largest beverage company operating in over 200 countries and offering over 500 brands to people. However, The Coca-Cola Company is not just a soft drink company but a company whose mission is to refresh the world, to inspire moments of optimism and happiness and to create value and make a difference. It’s a company with a clear vision of what it needs to do to not only sustain growth, but to sustain quality growth. Further, it has a clear set of values that serve as a compass for actions that describe how it behaves in the world. Japan first began ordering Coca-Cola in 1910 until World War II. Following the war, Coca-Cola resumed operations in Japan in October 1945. In 1964, Coca-Cola made a major push to display its presence to the Japanese market and global visitors during the Tokyo Olympic Games. The Company and bottlers provided billboards, guide maps, and a robust marketing campaign. Coca-Colas has continued to grow its present in Japan. Today, Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan, is the world’s third largest Coca-Cola bottler by revenue, and delivers Coca-Cola products to over 100 million customers in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and 35 prefectures. Coca-Cola East, Japan was founded on 1st January 2013. The formation of the company was after the merging of four bottlers in Southern Tohoku, Kanto and Tokai regions. The Coca-Cola East Japan became Coca-Cola Bottler Japan, Inc. on January 1, 2018 after merging with 5 group companies among them the Coca-Cola West Company,
