The Greenhill Community Center was a multi-service center in Coastal City. Its main purpose was to provide human service programs for various factors throughout life with an intergenerational setting. Some of these included day care, elder programs, music classes, and afterschool programs. It was founded in 1982 and was set up in an old schoolhouse. In short, this community center could use some help.
A private club by definition is a group of members who voluntarily organize themselves for a common purpose such as social or political pursuits. In order to grant private club status, courts consider the club's criteria for admission which must be a genuinely selective membership, membership fees, members’ control over the organization's operations, reasons for formation, and use of club facilities or services limited only for members and bona fide guests, in other words not open to the general public. My HRTM 285 class toured The Palmetto Club and Forest Lake Club which are both private clubs in Columbia, South Carolina. My first impression of the outside of the Palmetto Club was cold and boring, but the downtown location was convenient. Moreover, the inside reminded me of an older Southern nicely decorated plantation house. On the other hand, my
For my academic goal, on the other hand, I am going to graduate high school and continue on to college. During high school, my plan is to take as many advanced classes as possible. I am going to

As I reflect on my extracurricular and academic activities, I see the essence of my future. I want to attend a great university (like the University of Texas); I want to work hard to become a nurse—a person who has devoted his or herself to caring for the well-being of others.
I am a senior who wishes to progress with their education. I have a head start in college as I have had access to dual admission in both a technical college and my local college. I wish to continue my education by taking part in my local college South Georgia State College, and continue at Armstrong Atlantic State University. I plan to enter the healthcare field as a nurse, and then consider becoming a physician assistant. I hope to use the knowledge acquired in these fields to help the needy in my country of origin by constructing a local infirmary.
Attention: Future college students. After twelve years of school, where will you go next? Many of you have developed the ambition to prolong your education and attend college. Today, there are many more options than there were in the past.
I have questioned what career I would prosper in, for a while. After searching and taking many tests, I finally found a career that I believe I will excel in. The career I have decided to go after is Agricultural Engineering. This is the production and processing of crops. Agricultural engineering is an area that scientists have hardly scratched the surface of. I want to use this field to improve the sciences, not only with food, but also medication. I will be an agricultural engineer who specializes in medical plants.
College is the main goal of my life. It is a life dream to go to college to get a degree and get a successful job. Everything that I have done until this point is to get to college. During my senior year I plan to apply to many colleges and to take the SAT's to get into college. My GPA and SAT scores will be crucial for me to get into college. With college I will further my business career, making more successful in the field I enjoy doing.
“What are you going to do after high school?” I’ve been asking myself this question forever, and as of this fall, I’ve finally decided. I plan to major in horticulture at Iowa State University. Deciding what to do with the rest of my life was neither quick nor easy, but luckily I had some help along the way.
Educational Goals: Education is extremely important part of my past, present, and future goals. I currently hold an Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Design Media. I have found that an A.A.S Degree does not go as far al I originally intended in the Rochester, MN area and furthering my education will be a necessity for my future career goals. Over the past 2 years I have been working on my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the Minnesota School of Business Rochester campus. I am currently a senior with 3 quarters left before a spring graduation. After a June graduation, I plan on taking a summer quarter break. After summer break I will either continue on at MSB for my Masters in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing or transferring the University of Minnesota for my Masters in Adult Education. After my Masters Degree is complete I will decide at that time if I wish to continue on and achieve my Ph.D.
What will I do for the rest of my life? Every person asks this question at some stage of their life, usually during their later teenage years. As a high school junior, I am now asking myself this question. After considerable thought, I have devised a tentative plan for my future. I realize that some of these plans and goals may change over time, but with a plan, the first steps of the journey can begin. To prepare me for the journey, I have taken very challenging high school curriculum, such as Honors and Advanced Placement courses. These classes will not only assist in my admission to college, but have also helped me to develop strong study skills and time management.
As a full-time college freshman student attending Fullerton College and majoring in Elementary Education, my professional goals are performing well academically, apply for scholarships, study well, qualify for the honors program; raise my cumulative grade point average of my freshman year to a 3.5, have a B and above in all classes, graduate college with Latin Honors, transfer to a four-year university to California State University Fullerton or University of California Irvine for my last two years of college, plan out my schedule, ace those exams, midterms, tests and finals, turn in my assignments on time, take classes in the summer 2014 semester, improve my critical thinking, on-the-spot essay writing and oral presentations or speech skills, begin my career as a teacher from grade levels Kindergarten to fifth grade and to teach abroad at international schools.
The career that I want to major in is Agriculture Business and management. The reason why I want to major in Agriculture Business is because agriculture is an important aspect of every society for its social, economic, and environmental growth. I first heard of this career from my agriculture advisors, at Westminster High School’s farm, when I was being shown a list of jobs and careers that involved agriculture. I was interested in this career because I have a general interest in agriculture and farming, which is a fundamental part of human life, and to be able to get into a career that is involved in agriculture is an amazing opportunity.
I plan to graduate from Concord College in the Spring of 2004. After graduation, I hope to begin teaching for the Wyoming County Board of Education. While teaching, I will pursue my Master's Degree at Concord.
