Goal 1: Jaylan will stabilize his symptoms and behaviors. Jaylan's brother appeared to be smiling when the QP arrived at their home unannounced and went to get his grandmother from upstairs. Jaylan's grandmother shared, "she did not know he had to attend orientation on Monday, but his mother said he was going to be home"; however, the QP shared with IIH staff member came to transport him he was not there. Jaylan and his grandmother confirmed Jaylan was home today, but he is not home now and they do not know where he is. Jaylan's grandmother commented, "Jaylan told me to tell you he doesn't want to go to Durham Tech over the summer" and the QP informed her he needs to get registration and go through orientation at Durham Tech as well and if he was in place the QP could give him the proper information. …show more content…

Jaylan's grandmother received appreciate from the QP for texting back and answering calls in relation to trying to find Jaylan to schedule sessions. Jaylan made minimal progress with stabilizing his symptoms and behaviors, as indicated by Jaylan eloping from home after his sessions have been schedule by grandmother and not complying with
