The socialized charismatic leader socializes to the point that business is pointed to the direction of the child care facility. While business is a direction the group membership is what is important while holding values that will pursue the goals of the childcare. This is the type of leadership style that is available at all levels of life. This leadership style is when parents are happy and when they are in a crisis that the attention of the “divine charismatic leadership” is in favor of the business. It is also in favor of the parent and child, which is part of the business.
