MILLERSBURG — A Millersburg man on Wednesday denied forcing his way into his ex-girlfriend's home in Feburary. Cody Stokovich, 27, of 6978 State Route 241, pleaded not guilty in Holmes County Common Pleas Court to burglary, trespassing into a habitation, menacing by stalking, aggravated menacing and two counts each of criminal damaging or endangering and domestic violence. If convicted, he faces up to eight years in prison on the most serious charge, which is a second-degree felony. The charges stem from a Feb. 23 incident and a series of incidents leading up to that.
