In a simple word fraud means deceitful practice. Fraud means someone who manage your whole business with each and every right he is doing misrepresentation to you with some intense. Sometime misrepresentation is false is but induce the other person “to act”- resulting in injury or damage to him or her. There many type of fraud like bankruptcy, bed debt, accounting fraud, fraud with some intense, fraud by mistake. There was mainly three type of fraud is:
A. Intentional fraud: In this type of fraud defendant getting simple compensation or punish against fraud.

Description of Case This case comes in market in May 8, 2002. This case is based on mail fraud in Florida District court. Kevin Gray is a businessman. Kevin gray he is appeal for pled but the judge was not accepted and case going for trial. At that time jury was found him guilty and he was sent him for prison for 28 months. After that he argument for the govt. and he said this is not a sufficient evidence for found guilty in mail fraud case. Than after he draws attention for settlement and court giving decision he need to pay $35,000 for J-1 and $25,000 each for J-2 and J-3, Kevin Gray made a false Promise “We can assure you… no imprisonment you must the agree tax settlement which is issued by court”. Court view appeal overlooks is that mail fraud statute “punishes unexecuted, as well as executed schemes that means govt. convicted person even if he is involved or not”. Because of the letter receiving by Patti contained false material representation the case was completed and delivered letter via FedEx to Patti.
Court Decision The jury receive evidence for the mail fraud and he found him guilty than after district court sent him to prison for 28 months.
