Lonnie Young III Cambia Health Solutions Case Study Software Sustainment Dr. Rita Barrios January 25, 2018 Abstract In the case study, The Cambia Health Solutions company came up with a solution to construct their portfolio with the use of surveys, interviews, and other resources. The company was divided into two separate companies called the Regence Insurance Holding Company and Direct Health Solutions. Both the vice president and director set up a meeting to discuss how the organization should adapt to cultural change. The next things Cambia did were using stories and interviews to make the survey stand out. They guaranteed that the content was relevant because they wanted the content to retain the meaning. In recent years, Cambia realized that the organization was not up-to-date with their resources because they relied on outdated processes to survive in the modern world. This quote means that the director and the vice president discussed how to handle cultural change in the business so they could get ahead.
