Unfortunately, bullying is an unavoidable part of life for children, yet we don't see enough people taking action to aid the victims of bullying or the bullies themselves. Bullying is very common, serious problem that plagues students of all ages. It is a major issue in today’s world and is well-worthy of discussion. Now, when one may think of the bullying that goes on in schools, a generic image of a big and scary bully demanding lunch money from a scared-looking small boy, yet that may not be the case quite as often in this day and age. Bullying occurs in many forms and through many mediums whether it be physical, verbal, online, or through the simple exclusion of others from activities. Very few people seem to understand the damage that being bullied can bring upon the individual, or some may argue that it's just "kids being kids" or that being bullied is just a part of life that people have to deal with in their own way.
