The event “Breakfast with Sir Bob Geldof” has achieved all its objectives of networking and bringing together like minded people. The organizers don’t see any scope of improvement in this business event. But the authors like to recommend some new ideas for improvements in client’s future business events. The advertisement of this business event was very well designed it contained all the information about Sir Bob Geldof to attract the audience towards this event but there was no information about the topic of discussion

Sydney is the most populous and global city of Australia. Sydney has the head offices of around 500 companies and the city has the highest employed population in Australia (Hu, 2015). The business environment is good and commute time is lesser in Sydney (PWC, 2010 ). It can be argued that environment sustainability of gold coast is better than Sydney. Gold coast provide more relaxed atmosphere to the people but Australian government is also working towards the environment sustainability in Sydney. The organization of business events at Sydney will save time, efforts of Business Chicks organizers and it will also increase the number of audience. Sir Bob Geldof event was a breakfast event sometimes it is hard for audience to commute towards gold coast in the morning. The relevance of recommendations is lesser for the organizers of the company because they are very much satisfied with the number of audience and location of their events. The QT at gold coast is fulfilling all the requirements of the organizers and the expected number of audience are also visiting the business events so the organizers are less willing to change their location and venue.
