The capital of Columbia is Bogota. There is a very big population it is one of the biggest cities in Columbia. But there are many others cities like Medellin, it is north west of Bogota it is the second largest city in Columbia. Another main city is Antioquia, it is also north west of Bogota and part of a narrow section is bordering Panama. The third main city is Barranquilla, which is in the north east part of Columbia. It is a major city. And it is highly populated and a lot of business is done there.
Some of the stuff they eat is very different from the things we usually eat in America. They eat toasted ants or guinea pigs while in other areas of Colombians wouldn't even touch those kind dishes. All around most Colombians eat lots of meat and sometimes fish. For breakfast it is usually fruit, eggs, and bread but they don't eat it until 10 or 11 o'clock in the morning . There main dish is usually soup, a main dish (like chicken) and drink and sometimes a dessert but it is usually very sweet so they don't have it that often. Dinner is served around 8 pm.

Once named the friendliest city in the world, Puerto Vallarta in my eyes continues to carry that reputation.
