Hello! So today I’m coming at you with a controversial topic spread across the world. Is it okay for children to have electronics in there room before they go to sleep? Yes it is okay ! Are worried about the blue lights from there phone keeping them awake ? If you are there is an app that disables the blue lights and gives you a better screen tent! If you don’t want you’re teens on the electronics for 30 minutes + make them set a timer. Make them set a timer for 15-20 minutes and when the timer goes off it means bed time ! If you’re children show responsibility then its perfectly fine ! If you’re hesitant , check on them ! Make sure there off there electronics by a reasonable time !
