William Henry Gates III also known as Bill Gates was born in Seattle, Washington on October 28, 1955 the second of three children of Mary and William Gates II. Bill Gates has two sisters; he is in between an older and a younger sister. His father was a prominent and successful Seattle attorney and it was be expecting that young Bill Gates would go after his father’s step. His mother was a lecturer, University of Washington regent and chairwoman of United Way International. His granddaddy was the vice chairman of a national bank and his great-grandfather was a state representative and mayor.

Bill Gates displayed his ambition and intelligence in his early life. His parents trusted he was not being challenged in his public school and decided to enroll him into the high-status and private Lakeside prep school. Bill Gates initial began operational with computers at the school. His mother was on the board that made a contribution of the computer terminal to the school, which was linked through a telephone to a local computer corporation. Bill Gates and a small group of students including his future business partner and also his childhood friend, Paul Allen created the Lakeside Programmers Group, and used up all of their time to take every chance to discover the opportunities of the new technology and coaching themselves the fundamentals of writing computer programming. The group was even expelled from the computer for a few weeks for hacked into the security program and changed data on the system. Many of the members turned out to be worked at Microsoft as programmers. Bill Gates later on went onto Harvard University, but withdrew in 1974 to launch Microsoft with Paul Allen. ...hers. Bill Gates is supremacy in his organization whereas he directs management team and he takes the full authority over the team. Even the meetings that carry out with Bill Gates are called as “Bill” Meetings show that he is supremacy. He also breaks off the meeting and questions the members involved in the meeting. This proves that Bill Gates is dominance in his organization.

Self-confidence
Self-confidence is a feeling of believe in one’s qualities, judgment and abilities. Bill Gates has strong self-confidence which was extremely contribute to his achievement. Even in Bill Gates youth age, his self-confidence was noticeable whereas he, who was in his 20s, managing small Microsoft Corporation, persuaded IBM Company to take in his newly written Operating System. If Bill did not present himself with full of self-confidence, this would not be possible to success.
