Robots are becoming an interesting thing in human lives in today 's generation with sophisticated life and technology. Robots are created to help the humans in their complicated or dangerous work. According to Mary Bellis, an inventors expert in her article “The Definition of A Robot,” a robot is a real or imaginary machine that is controlled by a computer and is often made to look like a human or animal, and a machine that can do the work of a person and the works automatically or is controlled by a computer. This means that there is a high probability for robots to take over hundred percent of human jobs in another ten or twenty years ahead. Some of the company may think that humans have so much weakness to produce a high-quality product for their company. For many reasons, these companies choose robots because they just think of the advantages of the robots. From the article “Benefits of Robots,” robots are noticeable in good performing the productivity, safety, and in saving cost and time. Robots are programmed to be a perfect human creature that is why they look so perfect when performing their duty. For these companies that replacing the humans to the robots because robots never bored to do repetition jobs, unlike a human being that depends on their mood to do the jobs willingly or unwillingly. The robots even can produce more precise works than human. They can do the works with very rare mistakes because they are formatted to produce a high quality in their jobs. Moreover, robots never complain about their stresses at work or about their employer; they just do their work with a constant speed without holidays or breaks until they can’t be used anymore. So, the companies can produce a new product in a short time because these robots never slacking off from their duty and used the time perfectly. They should think rationally on behalf of the workers because when the workers lose their jobs and become unemployment where they can get the money to support their lives. I agree that robots are good in order to keep the high productivity and perform a dangerous job instead of humans, but as a wise and unselfish employer, we also should think about the human lives in the future. Besides that, I think the robots’ inventors should create robots for certain jobs only, especially create a robot with the specialties of humans don’t have it. For example in the factories, divide the jobs for the robots and the humans to do separately. Let the robots do the dangerous part like to carry the heavy loads without complaining or getting any injuries, or works at hazardous area such as in handling chemicals toxic or electric current without no ones hurt or risky for humans. And for humanity jobs or services, let humans handle that kind of jobs. Limits the robots to do humans’ jobs to give a chance for humans work hard and always perform the best in their work. And as a human worker, we must show the best attitude to our employer, and works diligently so that the employers have their trustworthy in us.
